Delete your account

You can start permanent account deletion from SkillSaber Settings. The process requires a recent sign-in so nobody else can erase your account.

If you can sign in

  1. Open SkillSaber on mobile or the web.
  2. Go to Settings → Account Actions → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your identity, type DELETE, and approve the permanent deletion.

If you cannot sign in

Email our privacy team from the address registered to your account. Use the subject “SkillSaber account deletion request.” We will verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and sign-in identity
  • Your uploads, private study spaces, AI sessions, and learning history
  • Your community posts, reactions, saved preferences, and personal entitlements

Organization-owned records needed for school or team continuity are anonymized. Records that must be kept for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal obligations may be retained only for the required period. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before deletion so billing is not detached from its owner.
