The fastest way to reach us is by email. Include the email address on your SkillSaber account and, if your question is about a payment, the receipt or reference number so we can look it up right away.

Common Questions

Account & sign-in

  • Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.
  • Didn't get a verification email?Check your spam folder first, then request a new one from your account settings. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll verify you manually.
  • Want to delete your account?You can delete your account and its data from Settings inside the app, or email us and we'll process the request for you.

Billing & subscriptions

  • Manage or cancel a subscription: go to Settings → Billing in the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Need a receipt? Receipts are emailed after every successful payment and are also available from your billing settings.
  • Charged but no access?Payments can take a minute or two to confirm. If access hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, email us with your payment reference and we'll resolve it.

Courses & learning

  • Progress not saving?Make sure you're signed in and complete lessons from the lesson page itself. If progress still doesn't stick, tell us which course and lesson so we can investigate.
  • Certificates: issued automatically when you complete all lessons of a course. You can find them in your dashboard.
