Common Questions
Account & sign-in
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.
- Didn't get a verification email?Check your spam folder first, then request a new one from your account settings. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll verify you manually.
- Want to delete your account?You can delete your account and its data from Settings inside the app, or email us and we'll process the request for you.
Billing & subscriptions
- Manage or cancel a subscription: go to Settings → Billing in the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Need a receipt? Receipts are emailed after every successful payment and are also available from your billing settings.
- Charged but no access?Payments can take a minute or two to confirm. If access hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, email us with your payment reference and we'll resolve it.
Courses & learning
- Progress not saving?Make sure you're signed in and complete lessons from the lesson page itself. If progress still doesn't stick, tell us which course and lesson so we can investigate.
- Certificates: issued automatically when you complete all lessons of a course. You can find them in your dashboard.
