  • Child Learner Accounts: An authorized school representative or verified parent/guardian may create a limited learner account using a display name and a hidden, non-deliverable login identifier. We collect learning progress and may store a parent contact email supplied by the adult. We do not ask the child for a real email address, date of birth, phone number, home address, or payment details.
  • Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information such as your educational background, learning goals, and preferences.
  • Content: Any content you upload, create, or share through our Services, including study materials, notes, and chat conversations with our AI tutor.
  • Payment Information: If you make purchases, our payment processors collect payment card details. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
  • Communications: When you contact us for support or feedback, we collect the information you provide in those communications.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Services, including features used, time spent, and learning progress.
  • Device Information: We collect device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.

Important: Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial details, health information, or government IDs) in your conversations with our AI tutor.

When an authorized school or guardian removes a child learner, we disable and delete the login account, delete the direct profile copy, and schedule the remaining identity link for deletion within 90 days. Learning records left after that point are retained only under an unresolvable random identifier unless earlier deletion or longer legal retention is required.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request access to your personal information
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your information
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

9. Children's Privacy

Children may not independently register or purchase a plan. A child under 13 may use a limited learner account only when it is created by a verified parent/guardian or by an authorized school representative for the school's educational use. The adult must have the consent or other legal authority required in the child's jurisdiction. These accounts use a display name, class/family code, and one-time PIN rather than the child's real email address.

Parents and guardians may view family learner progress, reset the learner's PIN, and remove accounts they created. A parent linked to a school learner receives read-only progress access; the school remains the first point of contact for account changes. Contact us if a child account was created without proper authority or to request access, correction, or deletion. Users between 13 and 18 should use the Services with parent/guardian or school supervision where required.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information, including standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
